All you need for this cleaning process is an Angry Mama, white vinegar, and water. The Angry Mama will have lines when you open the lid (her hair) that tell you where to fill the vinegar and then water to.
After that just pop her in the microwave and run it for 5 to 8 minutes. I typically set it for 5 minutes, unless it has been a while since the last cleaning. Once the time is up, remove the Angry Mama and plate. She will be very hot so I typically hold her by the arms and place her in our sink.
Now your microwave will be full of condensation from all of the steam. Everything will wipe right off with a towel. Even food that has been baked onto the sides of the microwave will be so easy to get off! The entire process takes me 10-15 minutes, with 5-8 of those being the microwave running!
